Payment and Cancellations

Online payment through our website's shopping cart is strongly preferred. We do accept certified checks and money orders. Corporate and personal checks must be in US Dollars; those that are returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a USD$35 charge. Credit card checks are not accepted. The customer agrees that all fees necessary for collection, including  Paypal, bank and attorneys' fees, will be paid by the customer.

Payment is due at the time of purchase or course registration except in the case of long-term contracts.

Course cancellations are accepted with full refunds until 15 days before a class. Cancellations between 7-15 days will be provided 50% refunds. There will not be any refunds after that time. However, another learner may be substituted at no additional charge.
