This class covers the 13 known (and surprising) factors in inhibiting ideas plus the 15 factors in increasing creativity.. The class will go through a full brainstorming session together, on a sample topic. Past groups of total strangers have generated a remarkable number of ideas in 15 minutes of work! Hand-outs are included. By the end of the class, participants will know enough to lead brainstorming groups, a valuable management skill.

This class is also available for corporate groups on request, and may be customized to meet specific organizational needs.
Individual Executive Coaching on Communication: Whether the issues are coaching for upcoming presentations, sales communication, accent modification, persuasion, delegating, listening skills, diction, lip-reading or other verbal communication concerns, this coaching offers choices between intensive full-day or hourly individual sessions. Early morning appointments are also available. When requesting this program, please explain both the communication issue involved and your time frame. This practical class is customized for the needs of the busy executive or other professional!
