Intensive Pronunciation Training for Foreign-born Professionals:
Foreign-born professionals and executives coming from out of town, new H1B visa holders and others will receive three consecutive days of intensive, individualized instruction in American English pronunciation. This is a 24 hour class over 3 days plus two months' telephone skill maintenance follow-up. All classes are to be held in Chattanooga TN.

Professional Diction and Grammar/Regional Accent Modification :
This course would be appropriate for those wanting to modify regional accents. Regional accents or "country speech" , as well as local expressions and grammatical differences may be a problem to speakers in some occupations or situations. A course of six sessions of individual instruction are available upon request. 8 hour class.

People judge others by their communication skills. This one-hour session covers common grammar changes that can improve your employees' professionalism when they interact with customers. This session can be expanded to cover professional telephone skills on request. This session is available per corporate request. 1 hour class .
Individual Executive Coaching on Communication:
Whether the issues are coaching for upcoming presentations, sales communication, accent modification, persuasion, delegating, listening skills, diction, lip-reading or other verbal communication concerns, this coaching offers choices between intensive full-day, half-day, or hourly individual sessions. Early morning appointments are also available. When requesting this program, please explain both the communication issue involved and your time frame. This practical class is customized for the needs of the busy executive!

Too many foreign candidates believe that their expertise alone will win the day.
